Shipping Costs & Speed
Customers are responsible for selecting and paying for their preferred shipping method and speed at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on carrier pricing and destination. Easymoc does not mark up shipping costs.

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email. Please note that shipping notifications can sometimes land in Spam or Promotions folders — we recommend checking there if you do not see it in your inbox.

International Orders — Duties, Taxes & Fees
For all international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for any destination country duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other customs-related charges. These fees are not included in your Easymoc purchase or shipping payment.

Easymoc does not reimburse or cover customs charges under any circumstances.

Customs Refusals & Returns
Orders refused due to customs charges, duties, or taxes will not be accepted as returns. Footwear sent back to us for these reasons is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Delivery Issues
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the shipping provider. We are happy to help provide tracking support, but we cannot guarantee carrier performance.
